Kemaren...pulang kerja...seperti biasa...hahaha....engga langsung pulang...tapi janjian makan malem sama Endang and Noyi...plus Pak Aan...he's my driver...

Kita keluar dari office jam 6.15 pm....langsung kabur ke sate padang pak Datuk...iya soalnya Endang belon pernah makan sate padang yang enak..dia punya pengalaman yang engga bagus sama ini sate...jadi aku bawa deh dia ke sate padang Pak Datuk yang ada di PLN bandung...mmmm yummmi....

hampir 1/2 jam kita nunggu di depan warung sate itu..yeah...ada yang mau coba-coba dateng sendiri...Tumben emang kenapa dia engga mau di jemput ...padahal biasanya wwweeeehhhh...manja bangeeeet.

....Karena kelamaan nunggu , akhirnya kita putusin nunggu sambil makan..hahaha...kita pesen 3 porsi dulu...Aku, Endang & buat Pak Aan..hehehe...abis engga tahaaaaannnn.....tapi sebelum kita mulai...yang bahenol itu udah keburu dateng...hahaha..and Endang tanpa ekspresi ( seperti biasa )...cuman bilang "lha ini si noyi!"....Gubrak deh

selidik punya selidik...ternyata....akhirnyaaaaa ...DIA NYASAR !!!..bener....dia nyasar katanya...ugh...berarti kita itu orang laper yang nugguin orang nyasar...WAH...kalo kita engga ngambil keputusan yang tepat kita betiga bisa-bisa pingsan !!!...

Eit, pak Aan ternyata suka lho...suka banget...hahahaha..dia bilang "PEDES"...ya iyalah..yang manis itu kholak pisang..bukan sate padang....

Tapi yang paling lucu ya temen kita yang bahenol ini...selain yang dimakan emang makanan beliau...kita sebenernya ketemuan ada purpose nya juga ..."Latihan interview"..hahaha..iya latihan interview biar bisa lulus di interview hari senin

iya..noyi mau nyoba ngelamar di tempat kita...karena posisi yang buat dia itu masa depan nantinya lumayan bagus...jadi harus pass interview sama our GM.....hhhiiiiyyyy scaryyyy....hahaha..engga lah....tadi aku udah wanti-wanti buat do'a and minta do'a sama mamanya...

mmmm...pulang dari sana...aku turun di bubat dan naek my hubby's motorbike..hahaha..ini juga biasa....iya dia kebetulan pulang dari markasnya di Dago...unik ya.... emang!!

di rumah....aku mikir banyak....we're just human...Remember we have plan but God have willing...and I realized kita engga akan dapet apa yang kita pengen kalo Dia engga berkehendak...we're so fragile and tidak mampu... Now I really understand about this

The Chalange

Today….

2 hour meeting …which attended by My CEO and our shareholder,...they informed me that since next month I will be incharge at bellow dept....

1. New product development project --- as we know in this package we have merchadising issue, pattern , marker , sample room , and Team A.
On this area …we talk about “ technical issue” which is need “great “ communication from both parties…us and the buyer ...mmmm..yummiiiiiiiii

2. Fabric warehouse and trims ware house
Actually I came from this dept. but last time it moved to somebody cause I need to focus on production side…but now it will came back to me …for sure..and for me it’s like bring the memory back…Endang is the person who rule this dept.

3. Production control…
I might say…it's very very very interesting dept. for me... why ?... we can find " strategic planning ain this area...and it's my hobby...

4. Production --- from cutting, sewing, buttoning , pressing …….
I love this dept. so many challange inside…and work at this area can make me smart and smarter... we handle people...technical issue...motivation issue...planning issue ... and good arrangement …yes we need to make very good arrangement...HHMMMM…..I love it ..it's art of production

5. & packing
It’s new dept. for me….so I need to learn a little bit deep in this area…

Yup, now I handle those dept. and they said that we need to hit A+ level… We need to moved from Good to Great !!

I know...it’s not easy…especially to hit A+ level … mmmm…that’s not a joke at all….

My feeling said that… Allah SWT is beside me... Allah SWT will always give a hand to me...so I'm not affraid...I just need Tawakal and sabar...and off course I need to work smart...
